The staff was very helpful. i felt at home. sun beds are a bit tricky to get. I noticed that it was a popular spot! it's a testament to the great atmosphere.

Xisco HELPED us get our nighttime tea. Dani at the bar was friendly. The entertainment team. I am VERY grateful for their kindness and dedication. It made our vacation special!
The cleaners didn't change our bedsheets every day! they only remade the bed and didn't sweep or mop the floors regularly. I found this disappointing

The hotel is near alcudia town! it sits very close to the bus stop and the beach. the area beside the pool was beautifully decorated. It included many pretty details.

The staff at reception was nice and helpful. dinner was tasty, the most I have ever had in a hotel. Well done to the chef. the bar staff gave great advice. They are very attentive.

The room was good! the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. there IS a kettle and tea-making facilities plus a small fridge in the room, very useful.
